About Dennis P. LeStrange

Meet Dennis

Dennis P. LeStrange is a transformational CEO, executive chairman, and board director with a career defined by one consistent outcome: building stronger businesses.

Across private equity-backed, public, and founder-led organizations, he has led companies through transformation, carve-outs, turnarounds, acquisitions, operational restructuring, and profitable growth. His experience spans regional operating businesses to global enterprises exceeding $4 billion in revenue across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

While many of his most recognized achievements have come in mature and structurally challenged industries, his operating philosophy is not industry-specific. The principles that drive sustainable performance apply to every organization, regardless of market or growth stage: disciplined execution, strong leadership, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.

Current Focus

Dennis currently serves as Executive Chairman of BlueCrest, partnering with ownership and leadership on strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, governance, and long-term value creation. In parallel, he advises boards and executive teams while pursuing additional opportunities in board and executive leadership.

Leadership Highlights

Dennis has built a reputation for helping organizations outperform the markets they operate in.

01

Integrating at Enterprise Scale

At IKON Office Solutions, Dennis held executive leadership roles across a $4.2 billion, 28,000-employee organization, leading enterprise integration, organizational redesign, and commercial transformation across one of North America’s largest business services organizations.

Result: Service and sales productivity improved more than 15% across a 7,500-person organization.

02

Turning Culture into a Competitive Advantage

As President & CEO of Neopost North America, Dennis reorganized a $500 million business following a major merger, increasing market share by 28%, expanding EBIT from 14.5% to 18.1%, and raising sales productivity by 30%, while building a values-driven culture that transformed the organization from the inside out.

Result: Employee engagement increased by 40%, and turnover declined by 35%, proving culture is a P&L lever, not a soft asset.

03

Simplifying a Global Operating Model

As Chief Operating Officer of Quadient’s SME Solutions division, Dennis led a $1 billion global business across Europe and Asia-Pacific, consolidating operations from ten marketplaces to four, unifying the commercial model on a single CRM platform, and accelerating the shift to digital.

Result: €65 million in operating expenses reduced, digital revenue increased 26%, and EBIT stabilized at 22.6%.

04

Building a High-Performing Standalone Company

Following BlueCrest’s carve-out from Pitney Bowes, Dennis was recruited by Platinum Equity to rebuild the executive team, establish a KPI-driven operating cadence, and complete three strategic acquisitions across software, hardware, and services.

Result: Revenue CAGR of 4.3% and EBITDA CAGR of 5.2% despite a market declining 3–7% annually.

Building Better Businesses Starts with Better Leadership.

Dennis believes sustainable business performance is built on three foundations: exceptional leadership, disciplined execution, and organizational culture.

Throughout his career, he has treated culture as a business advantage rather than an HR initiative. High-performing organizations are created when leaders establish clear expectations, build accountability, measure what matters, and empower teams to execute.

That philosophy has shaped every transformation he has led, from rebuilding executive teams and integrating acquisitions to redesigning commercial organizations and implementing the operational disciplines that allow businesses to scale.

For Dennis, culture and operational excellence are not separate initiatives. Together, they create the foundation for long-term financial performance.
